StrataCCS Consulting ("StrataCCS", "we", "us") is a fractional business development, sales and marketing consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information collected through this website.

What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, and optionally your role, plus your main market, your area of interest and your message.
- Booking a call: when you book through our Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the name, email address and any notes you enter, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.
- Email: anything you choose to send us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Server records: like every website, our host records basic technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These help keep the site secure and working.
- Visitor statistics: only if you choose "Accept" on our cookie notice. See Cookies and statistics.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health, financial account or identity document details. Please don't include them in your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if you wish, prepare a proposal.
- To manage our relationship with you if you become a client.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it, only with your consent.
- To keep the website secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement (answering your enquiry), our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and your consent for statistics cookies, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and booking details: for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than two years after our last contact unless you become a client.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as the law or our legitimate business needs require.
- Visitor statistics: no longer than 14 months, and only in a form that does not identify you by name.
- Server records: kept by our host for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE's personal data protection law and, for visitors in Europe and the United Kingdom, the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw your consent to statistics cookies at any time;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are sent securely, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children.
